the staff was friendly and the location was convenient for accessing local attractions.
i found the room to be quite disappointing for the price i paid. the cleanliness was not up to par, i noticed a dirty threshold and the carpet seemed stained. additionally, the old tv remote was disgusting to handle.

brad, the gentleman at the front desk, stood out. he provided excellent restaurant recommendations. he even took the initiative to clean bird droppings from my car window. stonehenge was an easy drive.
the a4 maps provided were not very clear for navigating the area.

the location was good, not too far from the center.
The breakfast service felt disorganized. one morning, i waited almost THIRTY minutes for a simple omelet. also, the room felt quite cramped, and the soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations in the hallway CLEARLY.

The welcome was good. the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. our room was really good. Everything we could want was at our fingertips. the roll top bath looked lovely. i had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed.
